Food should be created bearing in mind that nature can never be fully domesticated. When we cook, the ingredients that nature willingly gives us are given a second life through the combination of elements -fire, water, air, earth. Cooking is alchemy.
After honing my skills in the fiery kitchens of London’s Trullo in 2012, I went on to work as a freelance chef and private caterer across London for various events ranging from film sets to yoga pop ups, bespoke parties and weddings.
